Product Overview
The FZSW-220/10 composite post insulator has a rated voltage of 220 kV and a rated mechanical load of 10 kN, and is used as a busbar support or jumper support in substation installations.
The product is intended for substation installations. It offers excellent hydrophobicity, ageing resistance, tracking resistance and erosion resistance, together with very high tensile and bending strength. It features high mechanical strength, good impact, vibration and anti-brittle-fracture performance, and is light in weight and easy to install. Its top and bottom mounting dimensions are identical to those of the corresponding porcelain pin insulators, so the two can be used interchangeably. The product meets bending loads of 4-10 kN.With a shed diameter of 215/185 mm, the FZSW-220/10 composite post insulator offers excellent pollution and lightning-impulse performance and is convenient for long-distance transport and on-site assembly.
Type Designation
In the type designation, F stands for composite insulation, Z for post-type construction, S for solid-core rod and W for anti-pollution type. The figure 220 before the slash indicates the rated voltage of 220 kV and the figure 10 after the slash the rated mechanical load of 10 kN. This model has a minimum nominal creepage distance of 6520 mm, a structural height of 2250 mm and a rated torsional load of 4 kN·m; it can be made as a single unit or a two-unit assembly, and with a shed diameter of 215/185 mm and long creepage distance it offers excellent pollution and lightning-impulse performance for busbar and jumper supports in 220 kV substations; use as isolator supports is subject to technical consultation. The FZSW-220/10 composite post insulator can be made as a single unit or a two-unit assembly with a creepage distance of up to 6520 mm, for 220 kV substations.
