Product Overview
The HGW9-12/630A outdoor high-voltage disconnectoris used in 12 kV (Max. operating voltage 12 kV) single-phase AC 50 Hz distribution systems as a visible break point and safety isolation device during line and equipment maintenance. It is of single-break vertical-opening structure; the post insulator of each single-pole disconnector is mounted on its own base, mainly consisting of the base, post insulators, main conducting circuit and self-locking device. The blade structure opens and closes the circuit; each phase blade consists of two conductive blades with compression springs on both sides - adjusting the spring height gives the required contact pressure. The switch is operated with an insulating hook rod, and the blade carries a self-locking device.

Structure: 1 base, 2 post insulator, 3 terminal plate, 4 lock-hook assembly, 5 conductive plate. The HGW9-12/630 outdoor high-voltage disconnector consists of the above base, post insulator, terminal plate and other parts, compact and easy to install.
Service Conditions
① Ambient temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -30℃ (special order for frigid regions); ② Altitude: not exceeding 1000 m (above 1000 m the insulation level may be corrected per GB311.1); ③ Wind speed: not more than 35 m/s; ④ Ice thickness: not more than 10 mm; ⑤ Seismic intensity: not exceeding degree 8; ⑥ The site shall be free of flammable, explosive, heavy dust, chemical corrosion and violent vibration. The HGW9-12/630A outdoor high-voltage disconnector maintains flexible operation and reliable isolation for a long time under the above normal service conditions.
