The FN5-12RL/630A indoor high-voltage load switch, with rated voltage 12 kV and rated current 630 A, is suitable for AC 50 Hz, 12 kV distribution networks to break load current and make short-circuit current. This load switch is widely applied in industrial and mining enterprises as well as urban and rural distribution networks.
The FN5-12 indoor high-voltage load switch and switch-fuse combination apparatus (hereinafter referred to as the switch) is suitable for AC 50 Hz, 12 kV distribution networks, for breaking load current and making short-circuit current. The switch with fuse can interrupt short-circuit current for protection. It can be equipped with a CS6-1 manual operating mechanism, the dedicated CS manual operating mechanism, or a CJ electric operating mechanism.
Product features: This product is the integrated version of the FN5-12R switch-fuse combination apparatus (the 'L' in the model indicates integrated construction with interlocking). The load switch and fuse are arranged as an integrated unit with reliable mechanical interlocking, meeting the five-prevention requirements, and is suitable for circuits in 12 kV indoor distribution networks requiring combined protection and operating safety. The FN5-12RL/630A load switch has a rated current of 630 A, a 2 s rated short-time withstand current of 20 kA and a rated peak withstand current of 50 kA. The FN5-12RL/630A is the integrated version of the FN5-12R switch-fuse combination apparatus, with the fuse mounted directly on the switch frame.

Normal Service Conditions
— Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
— Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -25°C (not lower than -5°C for electric mechanism);
— Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90% (at +25°C);
— The surrounding air shall not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;
— No frequent severe vibration.
