Product Overview
The FLN36-12D and FLRN36-12D indoor AC high-voltage SF6 load switch series, the switch-fuse combination apparatus and the cable-head-mountable switch are independently designed and developed by our company after assimilating advanced foreign technology and combining with Chinese operational requirements. The products have passed comprehensive type tests, and their performance complies with GB3804 (AC high-voltage load switches for 3~63 kV), GB16926 (high-voltage switch-fuse combination apparatus), IEC 60265 and IEC 60420. They feature a 'close-open-earthing' three-position arc-extinguishing chamber, reliable interlocking, high dielectric strength across the isolating gap, large creepage distance design, and uniform-pressure protection covers at the outgoing terminals. For the cable-head-mountable switch, the outgoing terminal is fitted with a touchable cable front connector, and high-voltage cables are installed at both incoming and outgoing ends for use in cable distribution (branching) boxes. The switch adopts special dynamic and static sealing designs for reliable sealing, and a pressure gauge is installed at a visible position for monitoring during operation, ensuring safe operation. It is a new-generation high-voltage switching device for urban distribution networks.
The FLN36-12/DT630A-20 indoor AC high-voltage SF6 load switch, with rated voltage 12 kV, is suitable for three-phase power systems of 50 Hz, 12 kV, used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential communities and prefabricated substations for breaking and making load current and fault current, and for controlling and protecting lines and distribution transformers. The FLN36-12/DT630A-20 SF6 load switch is rated 12 kV with a rated current of 630 A, a 3 s rated short-time withstand current of 20 kA and a rated peak withstand current of 50 kA, and uses SF6 gas at 0.04-0.05 MPa (gauge, 20 deg C).

Normal Service Conditions
- Ambient air temperature: -15°C to +40°C;
- Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
- Humidity: daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%; daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa, monthly average not exceeding 1.8 kPa;
- The surrounding air shall not be significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, vapor or salt mist;
- Vibration or earth movement from outside the switchgear and controlgear shall be negligible;
- The amplitude of induced electromagnetic interference in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6 kV.
Special service conditions: If the installation site altitude exceeds 1000 m, the ambient air temperature exceeds the limits of normal service conditions, or high humidity may cause condensation, the manufacturer should be consulted and agreement reached.
