Overview
The ZW32-12(G) series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as "the circuit breaker") is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor distribution switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV. The circuit breaker is mainly used for making and breaking load current, overload current and short-circuit current in power lines. It features overload and short-circuit protection, meets control and measurement requirements, and can realize remote control and monitoring functions. It is widely used in substations and industrial & mining enterprise distribution systems for control and operation, and is especially suitable for places requiring frequent operation. The circuit breaker complies with technical standards such as GB1984-2003, DL/T402-2007 and The ZW32-12(G) series vacuum circuit breaker is designed for pole-mounted installation and delivers reliable switching performance in outdoor distribution networks.

The ZW32-12(G) circuit breaker adopts a three-phase post-type dry design with fully enclosed construction and good sealing performance. It offers excellent moisture-proof and anti-condensation properties, making it suitable for high-temperature and humid regions. Vacuum arc-extinguishing ensures reliable insulation as well as dependable breaking and making performance, with no risk of fire or explosion.
Opening and closing operations of the ZW32-12(G) can be performed manually, electrically, or by remote control. The operating mechanism is sealed at the bottom of the switch enclosure, effectively preventing rust caused by long-term outdoor exposure. The operating mechanism features a novel design, simple structure, reliable action, and compact size, with a mechanical life of up to 10,000 operations.
