The ZW20A-12/T series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the breaker) is outdoor distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12 kV, three-phase AC 50 Hz.It adopts vacuum arc extinction and SF6 gas as the insulating medium, and is an improved version of the ZW20-12 pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker.The tank adopts the gas-sealing, explosion-proof and insulation structure technology of the VSP5 introduced from Toshiba, Japan; the incoming/outgoing conduits are also improved in sealing performance, giving excellent overall sealing, so the internally filled SF6 gas does not leak and is unaffected by the external environment;Its spring operating mechanism is miniaturized and optimized for reliability and stability, adopting a direct-acting chain main drive and a multi-level trip system, with reliability and stability several times higher than those of traditional domestic spring operating mechanisms;The contact between the shaft and sleeve of the main circuit adopts an inside-contracting/outside-expanding watch-chain structure, giving low main-circuit contact resistance and low temperature rise.Therefore, the ZW20A-12/630A outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is a maintenance-free product and an excellent choice among pole-mounted circuit breakers.Compared with the ZW20-12, the ZW20A-12/630A additionally provides over-current protection and a mechanism spring energy-storage indicator, and is fitted with an aviation socket for secondary electrical connection, facilitating integration with intelligent controllers.Excellent electrical and mechanical performance has brought the ZW20A-12/630A outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker wide application.It is mainly used for breaking and making load current and short-circuit current in 10 kV power systems, suitable for protection and control in substation and industrial & mining distribution systems, and especially suitable for places with frequent network operations.When combined with a controller, the product has excellent recloser functions; the ZW20A-12/630A outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is compact, requires little maintenance and can operate reliably on outdoor distribution lines for a long time.
