Product Overview
This disconnector consists of post insulators, porcelain insulators and the conducting part; the static contacts and the connecting plates for the busbar are mounted on the upper part of the post insulators, and between the post insulators and the porcelain insulator seats are the metal base, operating levers and operating insulators. The base carries the blades; the CS8-5 manual operating mechanism is connected to the blades through linkages, operating insulators and levers; a CJ6 motorized mechanism can also be fitted. The product, i.e. the GW8-72.5/126 neutral-point disconnector, is used for opening and closing the transformer neutral-point connection and provides reliable electrical isolation for equipment maintenance.

Structural Features
The disconnector adopts a double-column center-break, plug-in contact structure with self-cleaning capability, improving contact reliability; the rotating parts are designed for low maintenance. The rotating seat is sealed so that moisture, dust and harmful gases cannot enter, keeping the bearings and MoS2 lithium grease always in a good environment - the shafts do not rust and the grease does not leak or dry out, so the operating torque does not increase after long-term operation. Stainless steel pins with oil-free self-lubricating bearings are used; steel parts are hot-dip galvanized, ensuring flexible, light, reliable operation and freedom from rust. After the above anti-corrosion treatment, the GW8-72.5/126 neutral-point disconnector can adapt to outdoor operating environments for a long time.
