Product Overview
The GW1-10/630A outdoor high-voltage disconnectoris installed on outdoor high-voltage distribution equipment lines for cutting off and transferring lines that are live but unloaded. The product is a three-phase apparatus composed of three separate single-pole disconnectors. Each single-pole disconnector has the same components, such as the base, post insulators, front and rear fixed contacts, blade and arcing horns. The GW1-12G outdoor HV disconnector is a new switch developed to solve the problems of the original GW1 switch, redesigned per the current national and international standards. It carries an earthing blade, effectively preventing misoperations such as “earthing a live line” or “closing onto an earthed line”, so operators no longer need to hang separate earthing leads. Its electrical and mechanical performance fully meets GB1985 and its first amendment and IEC 129 and IEC 694; it is the upgraded replacement for current 10 kV outdoor disconnectors. The GW1-12LT outdoor HV disconnector is of double-column vertical-opening type, fitted with a CS8-5D rain-proof manual mechanism or a CX-6 motorized mechanism. It is a three-phase common-base blade switch, divided into base, insulators and conducting parts; the base is a frame welded from the shaft, bent plates and angle steel, with six porcelain insulators fixed on it, two per pole; three-phase operating insulators are mounted on the shaft to operate the three-phase blades; the conducting part consists of contacts, blades and contact seats pressed by springs. On opening, the operating lever rotates the shaft so that the operating insulator pushes the blade upward to separate it from the contacts; the blade rotates around the contact seat and the contacts move up with it to the open position. On closing, the lever rotates the shaft so that the insulator pulls the blade downward until it meets the contacts and rotates them together to the closed position. The GW1-10/630A outdoor high-voltage disconnector is simple in structure and easy to operate, and is suitable for isolation and transfer on outdoor high-voltage distribution lines.
