Overview
The ZV1(VS1)-12 series indoor side-mounted high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switching device for three-phase power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and frequency 50Hz, used as a protective and control apparatus. Owing to the special advantages of the vacuum interrupter, it is especially suitable for sites requiring frequent operation at rated current or multiple interruptions of short-circuit current. This series adopts a fixed installation, mainly used in fixed switchgear; it can be used either independently or in ring-network power supply, box-type substations or various non-standard power supply systems. The ZV1(VS1)-12 vacuum circuit breaker is designed for side-mounted installation in fixed or withdrawable switchgear.
Type Designation
Normal Service Environment
For the ZV1(VS1)-12 vacuum circuit breaker, the normal service environment is as follows:
1. Ambient temperature: not higher than 40°C, not lower than -10°C (storage and transportation allowed at -30°C).
2. Altitude: not exceeding 1000m. At higher altitudes the rated insulation level shall be increased accordingly.
3. Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%; saturated vapor pressure daily average not greater than 2.2×10³ MPa, monthly average not greater than 1.8×10³ MPa.
4. Seismic intensity: not exceeding magnitude 8.
5. Sites free from fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
