Product Overview
The YCJP series outdoor integrated distribution box is an outdoor integrated distribution device combining metering, outgoing circuits, reactive power compensation and other functions. It provides short-circuit, overload, overvoltage and earth-leakage protection, and features small size, an attractive appearance, economy and practicality. Installed on the pole of an outdoor pole-mounted transformer, it is a new and ideal distribution product for urban and rural network retrofits. The enclosure structure of the YCJP series outdoor integrated distribution box is available in vertical and horizontal types, with a degree of protection of IP54.

Normal service environment
- Ambient temperature: -25 ℃ to +40 ℃;
- Relative humidity: daily average not more than 90%, monthly average not more than 90%;
- Altitude: not more than 2000 m;
- Installed in a place free from violent vibration and shock and free from corrosive gases.
Structural features
The enclosure structure is available in vertical and horizontal types. The housing is bent from 2 mm high-quality stainless-steel plate by a multi-fold process (or from a honeycomb-structure stainless-steel double-sandwich composite panel offering flame retardance, environmental friendliness, heat insulation and anti-condensation performance), using a special stainless-steel welding process; after forming, the enclosure has high overall strength and a mirror-smooth surface with no visible weld marks. The internal mounting beams (plates) are hot-dip galvanised to ensure freedom from corrosion for twenty years. The enclosure has doors at the front and rear for convenient operation and maintenance; the doors are fitted with highly elastic, ageing-resistant sealing strips, and each door is equipped with both a surface lock and a concealed lock, the surface lock being provided with an anti-blocking and rust-proof rain cover. The metering compartment is fully enclosed with a lead-sealing device. A rain-proof and foreign-object-proof incoming cable conduit is fitted on the side of the enclosure; ventilation holes and cable outlet holes are punched in the bottom, and a ventilation duct and wire mesh are provided on the top, giving the functions of water proofing, rust proofing, dust proofing and foreign-object proofing, with a degree of protection of IP54.
